💳 Payments are made monthly, while treatments take place approximately every 17 weeks.

A one-off initiation payment is taken at sign-up to cover your first treatment’s product and delivery costs. This ensures your plan begins smoothly and aligns your schedule with the regular 17-week cycle.

💬 Please note: Before each treatment appointment, a face-to-face medical consultation with a Nurse Prescriber is legally required under UK law. This ensures every treatment is safe, appropriate, and individually prescribed for you.

💉 Treatments are carried out using either Letybo or Botox®, depending on product availability. Both products are comparable in terms of safety, quality, and results.

🌿 Assure Aesthetics Membership Disclaimer & Policy Document ASSURE AESTHETICS LINE-SOFTENING MEMBERSHIP DISCLAIMER This membership plan allows clients to spread the cost of aesthetic treatments safely and conveniently. By joining, you agree to the following:

Consultation Requirement — A face-to-face consultation with a Nurse Prescriber is legally required prior to every treatment appointment (approximately every 17 weeks). This requirement under UK law ensures that all treatments are safe and individually prescribed. Prescription-Only Medicines — Prescribed only following a clinical assessment.

Product Availability — Treatments are carried out using either Letybo or Botox®, depending on availability. Both products are comparable in quality and outcomes.

Treatment Frequency — Three sessions per year (approx. every 17 weeks); payments collected monthly via GoCardless.

Initiation Payment — Covers first treatment’s product and aligns plan to the treatment cycle.

Payments — Monthly payments are non-refundable; failure to pay may suspend membership.

Cancellations — 30 days’ notice after the first 12 months. Early cancellation triggers recalculation at standard prices.

Perks Validity — Discounts and perks valid only within 12-month term; no cash alternative.

Postponements — Treatments may be postponed if medically necessary; payments continue to maintain membership.

Non-Transferable — Membership applies only to the named client.

Amendments — Assure Aesthetics may update pricing or terms with reasonable notice.

Annual Christmas Prize Draw — All active members are automatically entered into the annual Assure Aesthetics Christmas Draw for a treatment up to £100. The prize must be redeemed within six months and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Entry applies to members with active payments as of 1 December each year.
